针对以上现状，本公司与科研单位合作，经过多年努力与不断改进，终于开发出功能较好完善，便于实际运用与生产的废液回收系统。
二、废液回收系统 介绍
废液回收系统采用模块化设计，可根据不同客户的实际需求，选用相应模块，客户只需付出***小的代价，就能达到***大的收益。
废液回收系统结构简单、体积小、安装维护方便、能耗小、操作简单，可有效达成污水处理及资源回收之功效。在诸如冶金、印染、电镀等领域拥有广阔应用空间。
三、废液回收系统 模块：
1、模块一：絮凝剂添加装置
功能：通过添加絮凝剂或者分离剂，在沉淀槽中形成沉淀物。
2、模块二：絮凝物过滤装置
功能：将絮凝后的沉淀物通过过滤设备清除，得到“清洁”的回收药剂
3、模块三：药液浓缩回收装置
功能：将“清洁”的回收药剂进行浓缩，以达到生产所需浓度要求
三、科研成果 介绍
我公司与科研单位合作，针对铝阳极处理中磷酸化抛液的回收项目进行专案科技攻关，经过多年努力与不断改进，研发出磷酸中铝离子的絮凝剂、连续蒸发式废液回收装置（以上已获得《国家发明专利》）
铝阳极处理中磷酸抛光液回收系统
本系统可以去除磷酸抛光液或者化抛后漂洗液中的铝离子，回用磷酸，降低药耗和处理成本。本系统处理废磷酸化抛液过程中加入铝离子絮凝剂，从而使磷酸化抛液稀释大约10-15%，利用蒸发系统进行浓缩处理，处理后的磷酸化抛液铝离子含量＜5g/L，根据铝合金化学抛光的特点完全满足了使用条件。槽液经过稍作分析调整后既可重新投入生产，解决企业环保压力，为企业带来丰富的经济效益与社会效益。
